What is the kosher certification at Sweets to Nuts?

We are under the strict supervision of the Vaad of Raritan Valley.

What are your store hours?

Open some Sundays, 10 – 2, please call in advance; most Tuesdays, 10:30 - 5 ; Wed. 10:30 – 5:00 ; Thursday 10:30 - 5:00; Friday 9:30 - 3:30. We have extended hours during the holiday seasons.  During summer months, we are open Wednesday to Friday. During the winter months we close on Fridaysat 2 PM. Please call or check Google for hours.


Is same day delivery available to Highland Park, Edison (08817), East Brunswick and New Brunswick, New Jersey? What is the charge?

Yes.  Orders must be placed by 12:00 p.m. for same day delivery.  If it’s after 12:00, please give us a call at (732) 246 – 4686 to see if we can honor your request.  Most times we can!  The delivery charge is 9.50 but may be higher during peak holiday seasons.

What if I order an item and it is out of stock?

We will replace the item with one of equal or greater value.

When selecting a gift may I substitute products other than those shown?

Of course! Just ask and we will do our best to accommodate your request and let you know if there will be a price adjustment. 

Am I able to order multiple items to be delivered or shipped to multiple recipients?

Yes, our website will guide you at checkout.

How are orders shipped?

Our products are shipped via UPS. Standard UPS rates and UPS delivery options apply. In addition to standard UPS rates, there is a minimal packaging fee.

Orders that are placed after 1:00pm EST on weekdays and 12:00am EST on Fridays and Holiday eves, are shipped the next business day. If it’s after the designated times,  please give us a call at (732) 246 – 4686 to see if we can honor your request.  Most times we can! Need a gift expedited by UPS? Please call us and we will try to arrange it at an additional charge! Please ensure that you order before the cutoff time so that your order will be shipped on time. Generally UPS delivery is on weekdays (business days) only. 

If an order is returned or misrouted due to an error on the part of Sweets to Nuts, you will receive a full credit for shipping and it will be re-shipped at no charge. Claims for orders returned or misrouted due to incorrect address information provided by the customer will not be honored. In addition there will be a charge for any packages returned due to address correction, package forwarding or call tag charges billed to Sweets to Nuts by the shipping carrier. A justified claim for late delivery will be reimbursed for shipping charges only.

Please ensure that you provide us with the correct delivery address including correct zip code and apartment number, prior to placing your order.

Sweets to Nuts will extend to our customers the same guarantees offered by the shipping carriers. We will not honor claims for late delivery that are not guaranteed UPS  - this includes but not limited to shipments delayed due to severe weather conditions. Please note that during peak periods the shipping carrier reserves the right to suspend shipping guarantee.  Overnight and Two-Day Air shipments to remote delivery areas are not guaranteed. Of course Sweets to Nuts will always make the best effort to ship packages in a timely, efficient manner.


Can Sweets to Nuts ship to a P.O. BOX?

No, UPS does not accept shipments to P.O. boxes.

Do you ship chocolate during the summer months?

Generally not. We will replace the chocolates in a gift with products of equal or greater value while maintaining the beauty of the product.  Chocolates in the summer can be included in local deliveries only. 

Do you ship throughout the U.S.?

Yes, we ship only in the USA, nationwide! 

Can I place an online order and pick it up at your store?

If you would like to pick up your order in the store, just call us at (732) 246 – 4686.  We will be happy to accommodate you. Presently you cannot place an order online for store pick up.

What is your return policy?

If a product arrives in an unsatisfactory manner please notify us immediately. Sweets to Nuts will gladly replace the item. 

 Which credit cards do you  accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Amex.
